Constance D. Doberstein, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her home on Sunday January 16, 2022, at the age of 78.
She was born in Knox, Indiana on September 11, 1943, the daughter of Leonard Whybrew and Marjorie Huffman. Coni was united in marriage to Daryl Doberstein on February 1, 1963, in Lakeville, Indiana and together they spent 49 years together until his passing in 2012. She worked at R.R. Donnelly for many years until her retirement.
A very quiet and laid back person, Coni spent most of her time at home. She enjoyed watching the birds and the outdoors. She had a sweet tooth and loved her cake.
Coni will be deeply missed by her children, Dan (Colleen) Doberstein, Terry (Rhonda) Doberstein, Todd (Christina) Doberstein, and Tricia (Steve) Peters; grandchildren, Joshua, Kenny, Nick, Emily, Abby, Hallie, Chelsea, Shea, and Ryan; 6 great grandchildren; and siblings, Diane (Fred) Dorrell, Jim (Lill) Huffman, Carol (Greg) Groinger, Patty Shively, Becky (DeWayne) Busz and Barbara Dove. She is further survived by many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daryl; and brother, Robert Huffman.
Friends and family may gather for visitation on Friday January 21, 2022, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St. Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Coni will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw.
