The Kosciusko County Coroner has identified the man found dead in the Tippecanoe River.
The preliminary cause of death for 65-year-old Thomas Schmeltz has been determined to be drowning.
The death of the Bourbon man is still being investigated.
His body was found in Kosciusko County near State Roads 10 and 19 on Wednesday.
