News Release

WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Historical Society will host an exhibit called a Carnival of Sharing at the Old Jail Museum Nov. 20-23.

This event is being held in conjunction with the Salvation Army of Warsaw.

Featured will be an appearance by Indiana’s Smallest County Fair. This unique exhibit is a working scale model of a typical Midwest county fair and includes grandstand attractions, food vendors, animal barns, and one of the most elaborate model midways in the United States.

All of this has been faithfully reproduced in exacting HO scale. The display includes over 2,000 hand-painted figures and represents over 13 scale acres.

During this event, we will be soliciting donations, all of which will go to benefit the Salvation Army’s annual Christmas drive.

The museum is at 121 N. Indiana St. in downtown Warsaw.

The hours for the exhibit are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Nov. 20 through Nov. 22, and 10 a.m. To 2 p.m. on Sat. Nov. 23.

For more information, you can contact the museum at  574-269-1078. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this unique piece of Americana, and to help raise money to bring a brighter Christmas to those less fortunate in our community.
