22 year-old Brian Michel was on hand for his initial hearing Tuesday for allegedly beating his 4 month old daughter to death. His attorney requested a bond reduction. The judge issued a screen and will make a decision in the next week. Michel has been charged with felony neglect of a dependent causing death after her death was ruled a homicide. His trial date is tentatively scheduled for November 12th.
