Another court date has been set for the South Bend mom facing neglect charges after officials say she took her 9 month-old baby to buy heroin and then left her with a woman for several days. It happened back in February when 31 year-old Heather Gipperich returned to her mom’s house without the child and they called police. She is due back in court on July 31st.
