A crash Monday night on Ind. 15 near Silver Lake between a semi and a car left a Winona Lake man dead.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened around 7 p.m. Monday on SR 15 near CR 1200 South.
83-year old George Kellogg of Winona Lake was driving the car. He was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital, where he was pronounced dead early Tuesday.
Investigators say Kellogg’s car went left of the center line and into the path of a semi.
