Bethany Madding has been promoted to Compliance & Bank Secrecy Act Analyst Officer. Beth started at Crossroads Bank in 2020 as Branch Manager in Warsaw. She began working in the Compliance Department in January 2022. She received an Associate’s of Science degree in both Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College in Warsaw. Bethany has 19 years of banking experience, including customer service, loan servicing, and branch management in the Warsaw community.
Bethany is a member of the Head Start Policy Council and Junior Achievement of Northern
Indiana. Bethany and her husband, Jeff, reside in Warsaw with their three children, Mason,
Aiden, and Paige.
