Crossroads Bank welcomes branch banking officer Jennifer Willett

News Release

WARSAW — Jennifer Willett joined the Crossroads Bank Columbia City branch in January 2024 as the Branch Banking Officer.

With over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, Jennifer has already added significant value to the Columbia City team. She is deeply passionate about community involvement and the team has embraced that by attending many local events like First Friday, serving pizza at Camp Whitley, and more.

After growing up in Huntington, Jennifer obtained her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University in 2008. Following graduation, she moved back home with her husband where she now has two children and continues to be an active member of the Whitley and Southwest Allen County communities.

Additionally, Jennifer is a dedicated member of the Fort Wayne Bowling Association and has been coaching high school bowling for the past 6 years.
