A woman was found dead lying on the sidewalk in downtown Wabash.
Wabash City Police responded to the area of Wabash and Main Street where the unresponsive female was located.
Wabash Police allege that Genna M. Garcia, 35, of Wabash was located lying on the sidewalk deceased, according to Cpt. Matt A. Benson, Public Information Officer, Wabash City Police Department.
Police have ruled out any foul play in preliminary investigation of the death of Garcia.
An autopsy was preformed earlier this afternoon and police are waiting on toxicology results to further their investigation.
Garcia was located about 8:10 a.m. this morning. Detective John Krhin is investigating this case along with the Wabash County Coroner.
