A 17-year-old was riding his dirt bike on a private trail in Columbia City when he attempted a jump and crashed.
Indiana Conservation Officers say he broke both arms and was transported to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne for treatment.
The investigation into the off-road vehicle crash, which happened shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday, remains under investigation.
