WINONA LAKE — A software issue is being blamed for Winona Lake residents not having received their sewer and trash bills yet for the month.
Sewer and trash bills are normally due by the 28th of the month.
Clerk-Treasurer Heather James said they’re working on a software issue and hope to get the bills delivered soon.
She said customers won’t be charged a late fee.
She also pointed out that none of the rates have increased from last year.
