A Washington man is facing drug charges in Indiana after a state trooper found almost 90 pounds of pot in his car. David Pemberton was pulled over on the Indiana Toll Road last Friday for failing to move over when he passed a Toll Road maintenance vehicle on the side of the roadway — violating Indiana's “Move Over” law. A K-9 alerted the trooper to the drugs.
