A drunken driver travelling east on CR 400S in Warsaw early Sunday morning went off the road and hit a utility pole. At 12:56 a.m. Elizabeth Maull, 35, of 653 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, struck a KREMC pole and a fence. Maull refused to take a chemical test when police arrived at the scene. A search warrant was obtained and a legal blood draw was taken. Maull was later arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with prior offense.
