Dunkin’ has announced their plans for a grand opening for the new Center Street location in Warsaw.
They open at 6 a.m. and will be giving away free travel mugs to the first 150 customers on March 1. At 9:30 a.m. Mayor Joe Thallemer will officiate an opening ceremony with a coffee toast.
Specials for the day include 9 cent medium hot or iced coffee, entry for a raffle prize, $1 off a dozen donuts, and free medium or iced coffee with a donation of a $1 or more to the Salvation Army.
A representative from the local Salvation Army will be presented with donations collected from customers since the soft opening on Feb. 18, plus $250 from the Warsaw Dunkin’ location.
The new restaurant will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Franchise co-owner Kalpesh patel says it will be the only Dunkin’ in Warsaw following a location that closed in the area years ago.
“Dunkin’ is one of the world’s leading brands and we know it will become a favorite in Warsaw for keeping busy, on-the-go people energized with delicious coffee, food and other beverages any time of day,” explains Patel.
“We are proud to serve the people who live and work here, and look forward to becoming a popular destination for guests.”
