Dustin Lee Alsman, 28, of Winona Lake, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
His charges include operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, driving while suspended, criminal mischief, criminal reckless with a deadly weapon and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
His bond was set at $5,250.
