Cereza is a 5 yr old girl with a complex medical history. She is a spunky little girl that is always there to cheer others on.
She was recently diagnosed with a spinal cord disease. Cereza needs a surgery that can significantly decrease her symptoms and stop any further nerve damage.
This surgery will occur in Rhode Island, and we need your help to assist with travel, meals, gas, and other surgery related expenses.
