The Fat & Skinny Tire Festival Kick-Off will take place in downtown Warsaw on Friday, May 17.
Center Street and the surrounding roads will be closed from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Market Street and the surrounding roads will also be closed from 4:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
