FORT WAYNE – The body located near a home where two children were kidnapped from yesterday has been identified.
According to the Allen County Coroner’s Office, Frank O. Macomber died from a gunshot wound. The manner of death was ruled a homicide.
Macomber was found dead in the 6600 block of West Wallen Road at about 1:39 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27.
His death is connected to the death of two children. Police believe Macomber was with Amber Pasztor, who is accused of kidnapping and killing 7-year-old Lilliana Hernandez and 6-year-old Rene Pasztor.
She was arrested on two preliminary charges of murder.
