WINONA LAKE — Saturday’s Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club’s 31st annual Triathlon attracted 245 participants as Fort Wayne’s Cody Hardley claimed overall victory.
The top five overall competitors were Hardley, 39; Dirk Pauley, 55, of Fort Wayne; Randy Sterk, 34, of Winona Lake, Brandon Reinholt, 27, of Warsaw, and Mark Watson, 45, of Angola.
Pauley placed second in swim, sixth in bike, and 16th in the run.
Hardley finished 18th in swim, fourth in bike and seventh in the run.
Randy Sterk finished 18th in the swim, 17th in bike and fourth in the run.
