Groups, restaurants, churches and individuals will be handing out free meals in Syracuse at designated locations over the next week.
A volunteer with Compass, a ministry of the Syracuse-Wawasee Ministerial Association, passed along that information today. Here is what is happening:
Wednesday, April 22nd – Man Cave Brewing, 10201 State Road 13 in Syracuse, 4 PM until gone, free meal of pork chops, au gratin potatoes
Saturday, April 25th – Vineyard Community Church, 7566 East 100 North in Syracuse, 12 PM until gone, free meal of chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans and dinner rolls
Saturday, April 25th – Syracuse Eagles F.O.E. #3760, 12889 North Kern Road in Syracuse, 2 PM until gone, free mean of a half chicken, cole slaw and baked beans
Sunday, April 26th – The Sleepy Owl, 11374 State Road 13 in Syracuse, 4 PM until gone, free meal of pulled pork, baked beans and cole slaw
Wednesday, April 29th – The Channel Marker, 5793 East Pickwick Road in Syracuse, 4 PM until gone, free meal of island grilled chicken, smashed red potatoes, salad with dressing and a dinner roll
