A Fulton County man is dead after he was hit by a car while riding a bike.
Indiana State Police tell us Garret Sommers of Rochester was driving southbound on old U.S. 31 near 600 North on Thursday night when he hit the cyclist, according to our partners at WNDU.
The victim was identified as Merle Ramer. He died from his injuries.
