Although gas prices have been declining, prices at local gas stations could be going up soon. Senior Analyst Patrick DeHaan of www.gasbuddy.com says refinery problems in Northwest Indiana could drive up prices as much as 30-cents per gallon during the next week throughout the Midwest and Great Lakes regions. DeHaan says the problems at BP's Whiting plant has cut their ability to produce gasoline in half.
