Goshen residents may face fines if they leave odd items out in their front porches and yards if city council passes the Accumulation of Materials ordinance. An earlier version of the ordinance only included materials that are meant to be disposed. The new version changes the language of the proposed ordinance from “solid waste” to an “accumulation of materials”. This, after residents' concerns to see some form of law in place that can help keep the appearance of their neighborhoods.
