A Goshen man faces a slew of charges after crashing his motorcycle and fleeing from police on foot. Police attempted to pull over 19 year-old Brett King on his motorcycle, early Sunday morning, but they say he fled at a high speed, crashed into an embankment, and then ran from the scene. After a short foot chase, he was apprehended and found to be intoxicated after blowing a point-one-one. King was taken to the hospital with cuts on his hands, wrists, elbows and knees. After being discharged, he was taken to the Elkhart County Jail on charges of operating while intoxicated, reckless driving at a high speed, illegal consumption and resisting arrest.
