Representatives from Norfolk Southern contacted the City of Goshen about closing the following railroad crossings starting mid-morning today to allow for a railroad service gang to complete the work for the track replacement project. Today, crossings will be closed at Beaver Lane, First Street, Main Street and the Fifth Street crossings. The crossings will reopen upon completion of each installation.
