Three Goshen Middle School students on a hiking trip in Colorado were seriously injured Wednesday. The Goshen News reports that the students, who will be freshmen at Goshen High School next month, were part of a group of 20 students on the trip. Assistant Principal Brian Bechtel says that as some of the students were hiking, a boulder the size of a small refrigerator fell and hit three of them. One suffered a concussion, another a broken arm and a third suffered injuries to a hand. One of those injured remains hospitalized in Colorado, while another returned home by airplane.
