Winona Lake is home to one of the of the top 10 safest colleges in Indiana.
That’s according to the latest rankings by the website BackgroundChecks.org.
Grace College in Winona Lake was the seventh safest college on the list. Also close-by, both Bethel and Goshen Colleges finished #3 and #4 on the list respectively, behind Huntington University and Indiana University – Kokomo.
IU-South Bend was 18th while the University of Notre Dame came in at 22nd.
FBI crime reports helped make up the rankings, as well as student surveys.
