Another weekend of heavy rainfall caused some flooding in areas of Kosciusko County.
On Saturday evening, a strong thunderstorm developed over areas north of US 30 and remained nearly stationary with rainfall rates up to one inch per hour. Some flooding was reported in rural areas of Warsaw, Leesburg and Oswego.
The storm stayed over the area for about two hours before dissipating.
Since June 4th, some areas have seen over ten inches of rain, with an observer in Leesburg reporting the highest total at 13.58″ (via CoCoRaHS network).
Heavy rains were also seen across areas of southern Allen County near Decatur and into areas of northwest Ohio.
