ORIGINAL (9:38 AM): A North Manchester man is in critical condition following a helicopter crash in northern Wabash County Sunday night.
The Wabash County Sheriff’s Office says 76-year old Theodore Oldfather was flying a small helicopter just after 6 PM on Sunday, when it went down into a grassy field just west of North Manchester, near State Road 114.
Oldfather was flown to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne and was last listed in critical condition.
