The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department’s Crash Investigation Team is asking for your help finding information about the driver who fled the scene after striking and critically injuring a Goshen man. Polcie say 30 year-old 30 Joshua Phillips was walking in the area of County Road 18 east of County Road 23, Friday night around 10:20 when he was struck by a light colored pickup truck. The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on CR 18. Phillips was airlifted to South Bend Memorial Hospital in critical condition with head injuries.
