WOODBURN, Ind. — Human remains were discovered in some woods, outside the town of Woodburn.
The Allen County Coroner’s Office said people walking along Doehrman Road found them on Monday.
WANE-TV says the remains are “skeletonized.”
The coroner’s office said in a press release that “there is no speculation as to the identity of the remains, how long they have been in this location, or the cause and manner of death.”
The University of Indianapolis Anthropology Department is assisting with the investigation.
