An Illinois woman who was thought to have fled to northeast Indiana has been arrested in Illinois.
The Peru, Illinois Police Department say that 27-year old Tiffany Waltz was arrested late Tuesday evening in La Salle, Illinois. Waltz was wanted on an Illinois warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance along with a parole warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections. Police allege that Waltz had delivered cocaine during the summer in Illinois
Last week, authorities thought that Waltz had fled to the Hoosier state and was working at a meat packing plant.
She was taken to the La Salle County Jail, where her bond was set at $500,000.
