The Indiana Department of Transportation announced the closure of the southbound Ind. 15 exit ramp to U.S. 30 between Jalynn Street and U.S. 30.
Crews will begin a pipe replacement and asphalt paving project on or after April 11, with work expected to wrap up by the end of the month, according to a news release from INDOT. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
Drivers are asked to follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route.
INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use extra caution and drive distraction-free when travelling in and around all work zones.
