TIMES UNION REPORTS – The Indiana Department of Transportation announced the closure of Ind. 19 near Nappanee.
The closure will be in place between CR 900N and U.S. 6 starting on or after Friday.
Crews will also be replacing a pipe between West CR 1350N and Hepton Road.
Work is expected to wrap up by mid-October.
During the closure, drivers should use the posted detour of Ind. 19, U.S. 30, U.S. 331 and U.S. 6.
INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use extra caution and drive distraction-free when driving in and around all work zones. All work is weather dependent and schedules are subject to change.
