State health records are show the number of abortions performed in the state has declined for a 5th year in a row. The Department of Health released records showing women terminated over 8 thousand pregnancies in Indiana during 2013. That's nearly 800 fewer and a 9 percent drop from 2012. Reports say women from at least 84 of the state's 92 counties obtained an abortion last year, even though they're available in just six counties. Officials say the number performed annually in Indiana has dropped by more than half since 1980.
