The Indiana Board of Pharmacy has banned new synthetic drug compounds. In a meeting yesterday, emergency rules were passed banning three types of compounds used for making synthetic drugs. The new restrictions will remain in place throughout the 2015 legislative session, allowing time for them to be enacted into a state statute. The new rules officially take effect 30 days from yesterday.
