One Indiana congressman is drawing attention from national media, but not the good kind like you want. Indiana Republican Congressman Todd Rokita spoke on Monday about a letter that he and other Indiana congressmen penned to the Heath and Humane Services agency asking for specific details on the 250 or so unaccompanied immigrant minors that are currently living in the Hoosier state–but it was hit suggestion that some of them may be carrying Ebola that has grabbed attention. He was even careful to point out during a radio interview that his thoughts on Ebola-tainted-immigrant children were his own and not necessarily that of any medical experts. Representative Phil Gingrey of Georgia made similar comments. Both earned a “Pants on fire” rating from Politifact.com
