Some good news to report, as Indiana leads the nation in manufacturing job growth during the past year. The latest numbers from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows the state gained 13,700 factory jobs over the past 12 months. That's 700 more than the state of Texas, which is ranked second. The Hoosier state now boasts well over 500-thousand manufacturing jobs, but still needs to gain more than 10,000 more to return to pre-recession levels.
