Indiana's Attorney General has filed a lawsuit in connection with a rash of illegal robo-calls falsely advertising specials from A-D-T home security systems. The suit, against Jerome Edmond and USA Promotions, comes after Greg Zoeller received more than 150 complaints for making illegal pre-recorded calls and for impersonating an ADT home security systems representative.The recordings Hoosiers hear talks about a rise in burglaries in the area and offers a free security system. The lawsuit seeks fines and penalties and a permanent injunction.
