Indiana's revenue agency says the state's second tax amnesty period in the past decade is on track to at least meet its $90 million tax-collection goal. As of late last week, the amnesty had raked in 27-and-a-half million in cash payments. that came in 11 days ahead the agency's goal for reaching that benchmark. Tax amnesty ends November 16th is being counted on to provide $84 million for Governor Pence's new Regional Cities program and $6 million to support Amtrak's Hoosier State line between Indianapolis and Chicago.
