Four people, including an infant, died in a wrong-way crash on the Indiana Toll Road.
The collision happened around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 17, near the 83 mile marker when the driver of a vehicle began traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes.
The wrong-way driver struck an SUV that was passing a semi, causing a chain reaction with at two other vehicles.
Five people were in the SUV. Two were pronounced dead at the scene and one died later at the hospital, according to WNDU.
The wrong-way driver was taken to the hospital, where he died of injuries.
The toll road was closed for several hours as a result of the crash and investigation.
