The Kosciusko County Jail inmate that was discovered unresponsive, and later died, has been identified as 42-year-old Christopher Hinson of North Webster. Hinson was in the jail on charges of possession of meth and dealing meth. The Indiana State Police say the investigation into Hinson’s death is ongoing and autopsy results are pending.
