Jerry Black, age 76, passed away on July 20, 2024 at Sage Bluff Health and Rehab in Fort Wayne after battling his health for several years.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with care of Jerry and the family. The family is grieving privately; interment will be in Warsaw’s Oakwood Cemetery with Military Honors.
