If you went to Jimmy John's and swiped a card to pay for it, you may want to check your bank account. Indianapolis, Carmel and Lafayette are on the list of 12 locations impacted by a possible security breach. The sandwich chain says stores in Indiana, and 36 other states, were affected when someone stole log-in credentials and remotely installed malware on machines used to swipe credit cards. Cards swiped in store from June 16th through September 15th could be at risk.
