José Pablo Velázquez Moyotl of Leesburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025, at Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital at the age of 61. He was in a car accident on November 30, 2024, and succumbed to his injuries.

Pablo’s life will be celebrated with a funeral mass at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 225 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw, Indiana and celebrated by Father Wilson Corzo. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
