Kosciusko Community Hospital’s new interim chief executive officer was introduced at the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals meeting Monday night.
Denten Park said he’s been in the community for about three weeks.
Jae Dale, who was named as KCH’s CEO effective Oct. 15, 2018, announced his retirement to the Kosciusko Community Hospital Board of Directors in March after more than 20 years in hospital administration. Dale saw the hospital through significant growth including oncology care expansion; establishing a surgical robotics program and cardiac catheterization lab; and expanding service lines including gastroenterology, pain management, nurse midwifery and other specialties, according to information provided by Lutheran Health Network.
Prior to Dale’s departure in early April, Park transitioned into the position on an interim basis while the search for a new permanent CEO is underway. Park has extensive experience in senior hospital leadership and has held CEO roles at various facilities with Lutheran Health Network’s parent company Community Health Systems in the past 16 years, according to the information provided.
