February is American Heart Month and KCH wants to help people recognize and reduce your risk for heart disease. Dr. Mark Meier, Lutheran Health Network cardiologist, will give a free lecture on how to recognize and reduce the risk for heart disease on Monday January 23 at 6 p.m. at the KCH Health and Wellness Center. Dr. Meier diagnoses and treats coronary and peripheral artery disease, congestive heart failure and other cardiac conditions. Hospital staff members will also be available to answer questions and discuss an individualized plan that can improve heart health.
