A Kekionga Middle School student reportedly pulled out a knife in front of another student Tuesday morning.
In a letter sent home to parents, the school says the student is being disciplined and was immediately removed from the classroom, according to Fort Wayne’s NBC.
This is the second weapons-related incident linked to Fort Wayne Community Schools this week.
Monday, a Northrop High School student stepped off a FWCS bus, pulled out a gun, and fired several shots into the air.
No one was hurt in the incident, and there’s no word yet on whether the student is being disciplined or if the school has taken any action.
