29 new COVID-19 cases were reported over the weekend in Kosciusko County. That’s according to the health department’s newest update on Monday afternoon, which brings the county total up to 408.
246 of those cases remain active, while 162 cases are now considered recovered. Overall last week, ending on Saturday, 87 total cases were reported to the health department. That’s four less than the previous week.
According to the state dashboard, 4,104 tests have been completed in the county, with 9.5 percent of the tests being positive.
In the state update on Monday, 277 new positive cases were reported, bringing Indiana’s total up to 42,633. Thirteen new deaths were also reported, bringing that total up to 2,363. 7,317 new tests were brought in overall, with the state seeing 418,916 cases tested. This is reflecting that of those tests, 10.2 percent are positive.
