The Kosciusko County Health Department Immunization Clinic will be appointment only for the time.
Officials made the announcement on Friday as they transition the clinic from a walk-in basis. The K21 Services Pavilion is also operating under limited hours, which go from 9 AM until 3:30 PM, and most appointments will be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with some limited availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
